We have a house :) Deal just closed this evening.

The back yard exits into a small ravine and greenspace. The backyard is a good size for Wesley to play, the basement needs only a bit of work to become a spacious apartment for my brother and his wife - and the driveway is plenty wide for ball hockey! What more could a guy ask for?

God was good to us - The house had everything we wanted, as we wanted it, below what we were willing to pay.

I'm even proud to share a postal code with Frank Stornelli :)

Looks great....good for you! My husband and I are in the process of "looking" for a new house and hope to say " below what we were willing to pay" also.

Very nice house! That tree in the back yard looks like it could provide wonderful shade and a strong limb for a swing.

Congrats, Janice, wesley adn Ryan on this important step in your life. A house, itis exciting and we are looking forward to crash in one day and see for ourselves. So what happens to the Apt.? Is that up for sale now or do you have it sold already?
If we can't have a BBQ, we can always have apotluck....
