Yo K, we are the planners for a wedding in Chatum at the Chatum Inn this summer. Would like to stop by, we are there all week. BTW the florist is East Sandwich Florist, do you know of him?

I'm assuming you mean Chatham Bars Inn? The big ocean front hotel.
No, sorry I've never heard of the florist. If you need any other info on Chatham, let me know.
 
Doing a Chatum theme Bar Mitzvah in DC next week end. I was looking for a city sign, i just am having one made. They have a summer house there.
 
i saw something similar to this where the tube part was more decorative... will try to find it.
 
I bet it would be a hot prom seller. If I were you I would find out who was on the prom committees at your local High Schools and send each one one as a gift and ask them to wear them at school. Tell them that for every referral you will donate $5 towards their decorating budget.

I already see it. I would jazz this up a bit, with maybe a hooped mini feather
or foliage.
I am going to design some ideas tomorrow. I will post some photos.
Now. For a catchy name...

Surely that is ssoooo NOT going to work. Firstly theres the water issue? Even with a rubber seal on that vial, it will still leak! And secondly when she bends over, she will be eating orchid !!! lol

Ok if she is gonna stand in the corner and not move all night ? :>
 
Good point Tracy, and by the way it's nice to see your face. I suppose one way to help slow leakage is to add cotton as a plug. I like Dore's idea of dolling a flower on a chain.

I suggest messing around with a glass floral water vial w/plug. It would add value as a keepsake and also encourage a future sale.

I don't think the water tube is necessary. There is not a water source
in a corsage.
 
The tube gives it weight. The water doesn't have to be there unless you use the water beads (no leakage). I would have fun dcorating the tube. :)
