Canada Roses in Port Moody B.C.
We sent a order three weeks ago to be delivered in Port Moody for a funeral. The recepient was at her mother's Home. THey refused the order because the person receiving it lived in another town, and they supplied the address to whihch she lived and that they don't deliver to that town.
When we sent another message that the recipient was in that town, it was too late. My sendeer cancelled the order. SO I phone their number, to talk to them about this order and that they should at least send a apology bouquet. Left 3 messages with no replies. Look up on the web for another number, and I also left 3 messages for them to callme. Nothing happen. SO I called Teleflora and lodge a complaint. Been a week and they have not been successful neither.
THey have a website called canadaroses.com
Looks to be another one who likes to web orders only then doing a proper dellivery.
Another that need a customer service SLAP behind the Head.
How they stay in business is beyond me.
