So Bettina tells me today "I just want you to know how much I appreciate you. I can't tell you enough How much. But I want you to know I have some big surprises coming for you. Lots of them. BIG surprises. Mayra knows what's going on, but she is sworn to secrecy."
I say "WHAT IS IT!!!!"
She says "Nope, you'll have to wait- but it's big"
I say "Oh man! You can't do that to me! I will go nuts."
She says "Nope, You have to wait."

OK, Now Mayra is an old boss from my days in Farmington. She is now working here helping part time, mostly doing books and begging me to teach her some design stuff... I LOVE my Mayra BTW, It was my idea to have her come and help Bettina get her books straight.
SO,,,,Bettina then goes to the store to get fruit for a basket....Naturally I get on the phone to Mayra.
Mayra says "that stinker!" But she wont tell me either.
So I ask "is it new Barbies?" (I collect Barbie dolls)
"nope, not a Barbie doll." Mayra says
"Is it a bunch of Barbies?"
"Nope" Then she says "It will be a life long dream fulfilled."
COMO????
So I think I have it figured out- Bettina will pay for our trip to Pasadena to go to the Rose Parade.
"Nope." Mayra says, but she did say it has something to do with the shop.
Bettina doesn't have any money. And as we all know... I likes the money. We are doing pretty good, but not good enough to give me a raise or any sort of bonus. So I know for sure it's not that. But I figured by the end of the year we may done well enough for the rose parade...A trip we are already planning BTW.
So now I'm gonna go nuts!
I wonder what it is.
Here's the worst part. She is leaving to go on Vacation to Florida. I won't see her again until next Thursday.
Anyways... My mind is racing...I just needed to get it out.
