Ice Cream Sundae Arrangement?

Of course our talented and creative designer is out of town.

A good customer requested an ice cream sundae made out of fresh flowers be designed and delivered on Saturday.

Any ideas?

Just pick up a sundae dish at Kmart and fill it with scoops of strawberry ice cream( pink carns) top it with whipped cream ( White carns) Add a cherry( red sweet or spray rose) stick in a plastic spoon and voila! Bon appitite!

I usually fill the sundae dish with shredded foam or powdered foam.

Laura, have you seen any pictures? Google them, here is one on my website. I usually make a trip to the dollar store for the glass. Lately, I've been using a Coca~Cola glass and doing the scoops and whipped cream like Helen mentions. You will do just fine.

OK Dark brown double faced satin ribbon.....make a droopy floppy bow for the top of the sundae and put the cherry on top of the bow.

Well, sure, and while we're at it why not just use real icecream, whipped cream and a cherry! I'd rather get that than a flower sundae any day, which is probably why I'm losing the Biggest Loser challenge!

Sorry, I must have logged out right after that, didn't see the hot fudge part! I have not made one of those, but I've made a banana split. The chocolate was just made with hot glue. You take waxed paper or saran wrap or tin foil and smooth it over a styrofoam ball or something else that is the right shape and size and drizzle the glue. I suppose you could use pan melt too, wouldn't make any difference. Then spray paint it with the DM chocolate brown. Don't forget to leave a couple holes for the cherry and straws/spoon.
