Ice Wine?

Hey Mikey--- You keep refering to Ice wine. What is this delicacy? Never heard of it in the tropics here. Can you educate me? It might just be worth a trip north to check it out!

mikey educated me on the unique qualities of ice wine during an ontario conference a few years back. it would be well worth the trip to sample. the delicate sweetness can't be described...just enjoyed.

Lorrie,

you can purchase this wine at a wine and beer store. It is made a grapes that has been frozen for so many days. Ontario is vary famous for it's ice wine. THe price is high, about $25.00 or a 26 oz bottle but from I have been told it's good. Now I think Mikeydoes a lot of it himself, saving him many dollars. I saw him many time bare feet squeezing the juices out.

Dang Luc...........was just going to enjoy some of Mikeys ice wine that we received at the OFC and you just had to tell me that Mikey had his big smelly feet in the stuff!!
