I got an e-mail that had such a great idea that not only have I adopted it, i wanted to pass this on.
Pretty much we all have a cell phone that we carry with us most all the time. In the cell phone, we have quite a few, sometimes hundreds of stored numbers, but if you were ever taken seriously ill, or in a car accident or other tramatic situation that required emergency medical people, they would not know whcih of those numbers in your cell to call in case of emergency.
Hence, A paramedic has gotten a nationwide thing started that he is trying to get the phone companies and the carriers to adopt. It is called ICE (In Case of Emergency )
Putting a family member, spouse, or other contact in your phone under the name ICE will signal to the officer, paramedic, or other person that this is the number to call in case of an emergency.
So, Let's all put ICE in our cells.
