Congrats ! Mark!!

This will be my Youngest Brothers Sixth year alcohol and drug free. He was on a course of self destruction but checked himself in and now is a sponsor for 6others.. I,We. My family have never been more proud of anyone in our lives. So wishing the Biggest Congratulation and much continued success . I's sure are feeling elated as he does every day when he gets up for a Brand New Day knowing that he actually can remember yesterday

Mark, I couldn't pass this post by without adding my adoration of what you have accomplished. I have always thought you were one of the smartest people I have known, and now you have proven it. What a wonderful gift for your family and friends. Congratulations.

It's been 3 years and 5 months for Neal and I. We quit together! Neither of us ever looked back.................................. sober life just keeps getting better and better!!!

Congratulations,

As you probably know that it will be a on going battle for you for the rest of your life. Some days will be easier than others.

Taking it one day at a time will make it easier for you.

For those affected in-directly with somene who has alcohol or drug problem, your life can be managed easily also by contacting Al-Anon.
This group is a self help group for those peole who are affected by someone drinking or drugs. Learn to live, call today for help.

Been there.....1 father alcohol, 1 DEAD Brother, died of alcohol and prescription overdose, 1 Brother alcohol, free now for 4 years, 1 sister, alcohol and drug free now for 7 years.

Even if it is the other person problem, it affects you and you need to deal with your problem and live.
Anyone who wish to ask me talk to me or even ask for help, they are welcome to callme anytime. Anonymous and mums the word with me.
