Ideas needed for baseball and bat in arrangement

I need to put a bat and ball in a funeral piece,would you use a regular size or a kids size in it? I still need to find a kids if I do use it or maybe just the regular size ball. Use to be able to find a kids with a wooden bat and a ball but I'm betting you can't anymore.
Looked on here for ideas but didn't see any.

I would ask the family if they have a bat & ball that the decease used.
or if a photo could be used.

From Family in CA so will have to see what I can come up with. Don't hae family flowers for it.

Last time I did one, I ended up with a metal one from Target, not cheap. Absolutely could not find a wooden one. How much time do you have? If I'd had more time, I would have made one out of styrofoam or shaped one with oasis, covered with flowers and painted.

Couldn't find a bat I liked but did find a childs glove and ball the glove is the natural brown so I'm going to work it into the flowers.

We often find sports items cheap at the Salvation Army store or Goodwill...

Golf clubs usually cost me about 50 cents each....

You can also get toy bats and balls at the dollar stores...........i tell ya, that dollar tree is a good friend.

I just did a funeral piece this past weekend of a ball and a bat as well as a basketball. Take a look. Made out of oasis spheres and bricks.
