Our local hospital is having a gala event to raise funds for a new addition to the building.
We are going to donate 100 long stem (100cm) roses for this event that will each have a numbered card with our logo etc on it, the roses will be sold at 20.00 each and they will then have a draw at the end of the evening with the winner receiving a pair of diamond earrings.

So any suggestions on how to display (arrange) these roses for maximum visibility..........keep in mind that they will be in water picks and that when they sell them they will have to be easily removed (without loosing the water tube etc.)

We've been getting those 100cm roses - they 're gorgeous!
What about displaying them very simply, in tall pilsner vases? If they're picked, and not wrapped, you could probably fit 18-24 in each vase. No additional decoration needed, stagger the height of the vases, so a couple low-ish on the floor, and a couple up on a table for drama.

If you're using picks with points, you could fan them out in foam in a large urn, or basket? Same thing, do multiple containers so they're not over crowded for removal. Keep the foam below the rim, or use funky colored foam so hiding is not an issue.

Or pay a couple of pretty smiley girls/guys to stand around in cocktail type dress (if it's a formal event), and hold the roses arm bouquet style. Or someone well known to the hospital, like an administrator or board member.

Sounds like fun!
