We received a mixed box from a supplier today and it has a few items we don't normally work with and was just wondering if someone could identify them for me?

Thanks!

The second picture is Snow on the Mountain(Euphorbia Marginata). I do not remember the name of the first one.

doesn't that snow on the mountain give off a white milky sap??? I don't get it because of the mess it makes in design... (and found it wilted easily - could be a supplier problem here though)

All euphorbias give off the milky sap. When using Euphorbia marginata - It does not like oasis. It does better with preservative water. It is generally one of the shorter lived florals.

Scabiosa is a wonderful material.......Line or Mass pattern.......and it dries wonderfully.

But to answer the question - Picture 1 is Scabiosa stellata and Picture 2 is Euphorbia marginata

I just like saying scabiosa.
It always makes me think of a disease

So does my sister. Actually she cracks up and says "SCABIOSA!!" While pretending to hold a magic wand and twirling her arms around in circles....like harry potter. She thinks Scabiosa is hysterical.
