what would you do here..

There is an OG called American Blooms that is based out of Miami I believe. They have a half page ad in our local phone book. I have never filled and order for them. They are in my do not fill log on the Dove but for some reason the orders still come in. Every time they have sent me an order I have rejected the order and I have told them that I will not fill for them because they are scammers and that they are advertising in my home town etc.

Today I get yet another order from them. This is for a doz red roses for V-day. not that that matters but that is what it is for.

My inclination is to throw it in the trash. I mean after all, how many times do I have to tell these people that I will not fill their orders?

Why not call up the wire service they send thru and complain, and tell them you will not FILL for them etc. I'm sure you have done this already however.

I would call them up, tell them NO, and follow that with a registered letter....

Worked for me with 800...

Personally, I don;t fill for anyone in MY book, don;t care who the hell it is !

Stick in the round file. At some point, when the "Do Not Fill" and multiple REJs fail, something has to grab their attention. Yes, I know this will PO the consumer, but have your story ready in case he calls you direct.

I don't remember if you do YP ads or not, but if so it might be time to include something to highlight you're a real local shop, not a skimmer.
