OK, shame on me! I havn't bought TF product in 10 years!!! For some stupid reason I got caught up in this diamonds and roses for VDAY and ended up getting talked into the diamond cut vase, diamonds and roses vase, and I also went for that whitmans choclate vase,12 pak of each!

What crapola! I mean really, I must have been smoking something bad when I ordered these! :bloomz:( of course a bloomzie icon, ha ha)

The fact that the diamonds and roses vase only holds 8 roses is just silly!

& the whitmans ceramic vase is a joke, the liner they give you doesnt even hold a 1/3 piece of oasis! UGGGHHH, its TINY! you cant make money on the suggested price and I don't have the nuts to raise the price , cuz it will be hard enough getting $45 for it! OH well, I should have known better!
Shame on me, you big dummy!:dunce

The swirl vase is being sold at my wholesaler for 6 or 7.99....of course it doesn't come with the game piece but it is the same vase....

I am getting disgusted with these shananegans...
 
Just make your own arrangements in the vases and sell'em in your store at whatever price point you can get. You can still sell the vases, maybe just not in the way TF wants you to.!
 
According to the sign with the TF vases, you can go online and play the game, no purchase necessary. I actually like the swirl vases, I wonder if any of our wholesalers carry those, that's pretty cheap.

A few Christmases ago, we bought that horrific silk/resin/lighted "wreath topper" that went over a fresh wreath. Quality was embarassingly bad.

Called TF, politely told them the above, and they issued a call tag and picked them up. I do not recall any kind of restocking fee... I was actually surprised about that.

I get sooo caught up in purchasing just about anything . Then i suffer from what you are experiencing 'Buyer Remorse" I feel your pain.
It will all work out. tho you ordered it because you like it and therefore it will be an easy up- sell for you!

Well one good thing is, you will probably get plenty of tf.com orders to sell you out of the cheaper item, That is if there is noone else carrying them in your area. The swirl will sell and if you push the other it will, too. Just make sure you make them up and they will buy them...

I do not fill tf.com orders....only 100% orders at vday, No incoming! :)
Im not worried about selling this product, just mad at myself for buying into it this year!

I see...I'm glad you're not worried...

If no incoming, why would you even bother with the specials?...Why would they even entice you??

I know you got wrapped up, was it the chance for winning 3000.00 for your shop? or did you truly just lose your mind for one quick minute..

Now make sure you hang up their posters that will help them I mean you sell them.

Isn't it wonderful of them to be giving away a $50,000 set of earrings to help up promote the product and drive all those sales to them I mean us???

there is no restocking fee if the items are returnedwithin 30 days of you receiving them. 1-800-421-2815 (know it by heart) and ask for a pick-up

What was Teleflora thinking with that wreath thing!? We returned ours too...looked good in the picture, but that was about it.

I think if you call and complain about quality (which those vases aren't really good quality) they will pick up and issue credit, we did that with around 75% of the vases we bought from them for V-Day, but ours were legitimately jacked up.
