Just got off the telephone with a hostile OG. Wanted to know why I refused their Dove order. I guess I wasn't the first smart florist to do so. She said she was going to report me to TF. Funny, my Dove doesn't show their TF code as a valid number...wonder who they really are. I don't have the time to track them down.

While I'm not thrilled with the idea of being reported, I am very firm with the decision to refuse orders for any *$&%@ reason I want.

I'm a team player, but I have to look out for #1 too.
 
Teleflora will just get a laugh out of it. Not to worry about it.
You know, if they don't show up in my directory - they ain't placing an order with me, and I too will refuse any order I want for any reason I want, any day I want, and any time, cuz "we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone" yuk yuk yuk

I would not let the *threat* bother you....not to worry... idle threats...
 
the first couple of times someone from HQ will call , after that you won't be bothered . Don't lose any sleep over it , not worth the consideration, I 've refused so many that they normally don't waste their time or especially mine.
 
Being reported for not filling an order from an OG? Congratulations! You're in good company!
