Wow, I am a bit overwelmed by this new site and not quite sure how to use it, but Hi everyone! I am here and looking for support and ideas as it is really tough out there right now. We are in a town of 3,000 and very conservative. Any ideas for foot traffic would be greatly appreciated as our shoppe is already up for sale and I am doing everything I can to try and keep it running. I love this shoppe! Thanks everyone and I look forward to chatting...!

welcome to fc and i hope you will succeed in your buisness. hang in there

why not offer customers a free rose . have them fill out a questionair form name address email address . a way to build up a base and to get people in your shop. i think people will remember.
when i had my shop. i sent out 75 wrapped flowers. per day i paid a girl 40.00 a day to give flowers to buisnises. all i asked her to do was to get a buisness card in return. i had collected over 500 cards. each day i was getting orders from that offering and then the phone started ringing. i was delivering funeral arr b/day and doz rose arrangements. believe it it worked. If you sit back and do nothing you will lose. if you send a little bit you can possibly get something in return. each flower had my buisness card on it.. I found what specials i could get from my wholesaler and used it. 1 week was alstroemeria, next week was roses, carnations. believe me it will work. have a special that will lure people in your store. loss leaders do work.
 
Can you tell me where these questions are that I am suppose to answer. I am already addicted to this site, but need full membership? There are just so many buttons and things to read...
