Do you think wire service like Teleflora and FTD are allowed to keep the credit card deposit to cover NSF cheks, accounts in arrears or anything like that when you have their credit card service>?

I don't remember reading anything given them the rights to keep those funds.

I will phone them and see if they can send me information where it is written, that they have tthe rights or signed permision from the shop owner giving htem the rights.

For those shop that has the service of Cash Flo with the wire service, DO oyu think they have the rights to keep that money that is coming in to cover their bills before depositing any money back in your accounts.
What I received already from Teleflora agreement. THey do.

Sounds familiar ... I believe I read that in the agreement, but I'm not 100% sure. I can see how they'd want to do that, for security. Has this happened to you, or are you just questioning?

Yes Got the agreement from Telelfora and yes they can do this with ought any notice until they seem deem fit to release any amount back to you.
You are almost tempted to go back with the bank, have you money deposited daily with no days behind, pay a little bit more and you know the money will be there to pay your bills.
THis way the wire service has you by the balls squeezing you tighter and tighter.
Time is tough and more drastic decsion is necessary to survive.
Mmmmmmmm like mayby another telelfora or FTD shop dropping. Or even NO buying of anything from a wire service, Branded products and more services...

Luc, neither FTD nor TF have ever exercised this option with us. This is to protect them if you default on payments. It's completely legit.

If you cleared through the bank, and defaulted on loan payments, they might well do the same thing.
