1) Nothing wrong with having a call centre, if you have enough incoming calls :)

2) I just read through quickly, but it seems to be mostly about how to improve your customer service.

Either way .. it's a take it or leave it situation, right? I just can't fault a vendor for vending.

Nope, nothing wrong with a call center... and improving customer service...

Alternate Access...it's all about information handling and analysis...
 
It's just a very fancy phone system. I have seen a few demos and it is awesome. Really expensive..........maybe someday though.
