Floral source called today, with the usual great deals. Does anyone have any experience with them, good bad or ugly?

Depends on what you are looking for and what you want them to provide to you as a company....

They do not have the largest network, but if you are only sending out a few orders a month it will probably suffice...

They do not have that great a volume of in orders, but that may also not be bad if you don't want them..

We do FloralSource. We're in a 6 month trial period right now (free), and so far it's going ok.

We are not getting many orders, but the orders we do get are moneymakers. Just not sure if the low volume is going to make it worth our while.

They call and confirm that you can fill an order before they send it to you, which is 'ok', but can be bothersome during busy periods.

One huge thing I don't like about them (found this out after we accepted the free trial), cheapflowers.com is FloralSource. Yuk.

They are ok. usually really good rebates. Mine is $5 per order from order #1. I still don't send a lot through them though. I have FSN which ties in really well with Floristware, so that is who we use...also have FTD. Give them a try. They staff there is really nice.

They just called me with a 6 month free trial. I asked them if they were cheapflowers.com. They told me no, they were not affiliated with them at all. I asked him twice. I didn't do it. I just got rid of FTD, and I want to see how this goes for awhile, but the guy I talked to seemed really nice. So are they or aren't they cheapflowers.com?
