Interflora Buy Out...What does it mean for teleflora?

If FTD is buying out Interflora. What does it mean for teleflora?
DO they use interflora to get their orders filled overseas?
Could FTD stop accepting Teleflora Orders to go overseas and the only way is using FTD?
Could there be a additional charge for teleflora shop?

WOuld this be ironic that teleflora has to use FTD to get their orders filled overseas.

Am I thinking to much outside the box?????

You...NEVER!

Big thing to remember is that prior to the buy, FTDinc was prohibited (far as I remember) from advertising in Eurpoe...this would eliminate that, and also make the company more "world wide" both in operations, as well as looking more attractive to any possible future sale...

I'm not certain, but I believe TF has their own network of florists outside North America. Ask I recall, European florists had to pick only one WS to belong to, they couldn't be members of both.
