Our shop handles a lot of international orders, how do the shops with no wire services take these orders?

We had a flower shop that we knew well that was not affliated with WS and when they had an international order they got us to put it through for them and paid us in full with a credit card. We send a lot of international orders each year and that is probably the prime reason we haven't yet cut the final cord.
