Is any cheaper alternative to Teleflora and FTD in Canada?

hello Guys,
In Canada we have only 2 wire services: Teleflora and FTD. Both of them charge about $100 (monthly fee) +$100 ( technology, service and quality fees) =$200 per month. There is no cheaper alternative. What about USA and UK?
