Is anyone else trying to loose weight?

So far I have lost 41 lbs but have reached a plateau and am not loosing at the moment. Any suggestions? How is everyone else doing?

I have had gastric bypass on Jun 30th and before that lost 80 lbs...I am now up to 100lbs total and feeling great...

41lbs is great, what kind of diet are you following..Keep up the good work.
