OK, its here, finally. It only took 4 years at $14.99 per month. That's only $719.52!! One would think after this much time and "thought" that we would get a book with out all the BS that FTD seems to think we STUPID florists won't notice. the pricing CD, which if you are not using then you will think I am way off base in criticizing them for. Here is the @@@@@, why are they ashamed of their prices? Why hide the ability for us to use our flower cost and mark up and labor to determine OUR price? First, if you have never loaded and used the pricing CD do it. You will need some tweeks to make it useful, but it is truly a great program that was developed for FTD that will let you price ALL your bouquets at the proper level to return a profit. When this was originally designed it was great, no BS. But since FTD.com has tried to drive down the prices to "consumer" price points they have turned off the ability for us to see the price we should charge. If this wasn't bad enough, they also lowered the price on many items on the bouquet over ride so when you change the price of an item, it doesn't change it for that bouquet. Why go to the effort of sending every shop the CD if you have tried to render it useless? Do they have that low of an opinion of retail florists?

My recommendation: Load the CD, and then call Doug Bishop at Direct-Logic.com and ask for the Keith Hill fixes. (Click on help on the main page)

1. show the store retail price

2. zero out the bouquet overrides so all prices are reflective of your costs.

3. call George K and tell him to stop them from doing this again!

I want a refund.

I just briefly looked at it and like the previous issue, they recycled designs from the old book.

How much does that cost!?

Some of the new designs are good, just not nearly enough for the price.

Do you really want an answer to that question?

What is really stoooopid is that this should have been delivered back in June so that florists would have time to price it out, and upload images etc before things started to pick up this fall (thank God). Mine will likely stay in the box til January when I once again need something to fill the boredom. Lately we have only been showing the John Henry books anyway!

And as for the non-working CD...what else would you expect??

Say it isn't so, Joe! (Hey, I'm a poet :> )
