Just occasionally it would be nice to hear some good news,we are bombarded with gloom(hey i dont argue that it's telling it the way it is but.........)lets have a "time out section" on here,tell us some good local to you news, it could be a local news story that brightened your day,or a bigger story...go shoot!!!
 
I have been out stimulating the economy.

Lots of stores are running 75% off sales and I feel it is my duty to help them get rid of their stuff.

My bit of good news is intertwined with sad though(economic sadness that is)A great British retailer closed it's doors for the very last time today...Woolies(woolworths)truly sad..many job losses and big retail units now will lay empty right at the heart of many UK towns...and now the good news........me and better half are strolling round behind a reporter nah nah naah nahing into his camera(we were oblivious to it all..lots to do so little time scenario)whoopee im on TV...
 
I'm sorry to hear about "Woolies". It has been rather an institution for a long time. I had heard on CBC it might close.
