IT quiet and I got bored

so i ripped up the carpet in my office and the 25 yrs of dust with it! and its down to bare tile. UGLY hospital green tile! BUT i have the same tiles i used in the store area in storage so i'll bring them up tomorrow and do some tiling!
When i have a pair of pants i can sit on the floor and get dirty in!

Good for you! It feels go to do something productive and non floral sometimes. It has quieted down a little after the holiday so I am making silk prom corsages. Our main prom will be over Mother's Day weekend so I want to get a jump on it!

Fluffing and putting in the spring window....boy it looks nice to see something other than red and white. We put pansies in the window box today so it really looks like spring around here!

Oh man, am I jealous! We have had record snow for December, and now we broke the record for February. The snowbanks that I could see over last week-end are now again over my head and I'm 5'9"! UGH

But.......it's usually great for sales because everybody with cabin fever knows they can come into my shop and purchase a little bit of spring!
