Need a nice mid sized head ivory colored rose. Any suggestions for roses that are good for wedding work. Bouquets, centerpieces etc.

Clear Ocean is a really nice ivory rose...I think Vendellas are more like vanilla ice cream...I user that term to describe them to brides if I don't have them in the shop. When we really need an ivory rose we will use the Clear Ocean or even procellana sprays...they use to have more of a subtle pink inside but at least down here in the past few years they seem to be more ivory.

Ok, had another meeting with the bride and she likes the Akito that I had. Just barely off white. This rose however doesnt' seem to open real full for her bouquet. Any alternative suggestions for a rose of similiar color that would open full? Maybe some type of garden rose even?

I used the Akito's recently for a bride that wanted ivory. The picture is in the flower gallery, and called "Leslie's wedding bouquet".

This rose was a big hit, and I will use it from now on for an ivory rose. Many people admired it's beauty. Even the mother-in-law was impressed...lol.

I have also used Vendella; one time they were perfect, big ivory heads, and the next time they were a peachy-pink color.

The type of lighting will also make a difference in perceived color.
