How do you tell if you receive a flower club order? Who is the stated sending florist? Is this what the TF operator referred to as "the consumer called TF directly to place an order" last week when they called?

my experience with Flowerclub is that they come across as a TF HDQ order. But they have always been upfront with me when I ask who sent the order.

Yup - the Dove order comes from HQ. I send a CMT asking who the customer is - could be INT'L, could be FC. They know we don't fill for FC, so they don't send them.
