Gotta laugh at this, if you don't cry!! :boggles:
Got an order from this skimmer today for FTD S37-3130 for $71.00 total at 11:35 a.m. for the funeral home by 2:00 p.m. I looked it up on .dot (for some reason, it's not in the book) and it's $79.99 (+ a $9.99 handling fee). The order says to call if we need to substitute, so I call them and also tell them that I need $85.00 to fill the order. By the way, no 800 number--they're in California and I'm in Pa.
They okay the price change via phone. So the printer spits out what I'm figuring is my price change and it's a cancellation. "Customer cancelled order, thank you. Please send con or deny."
I pick up the phone and call the number again--hopping mad this time and wanting to speak to a supervisor. I told them I was going to call my FBC to report them. Also want them to call me back since I already spent two phone calls calling across the country.
I get a phone call back saying "We didn't mean to cancel the order...the price change key and the cancel key are close to each other and we hit the wrong one by mistake!!!"
Now.....I was born at night, but not last night! I did report them to my FBC. He actually had another complaint about this outfit, so watch out for them.
