As some of you know we went retail, and low and behold that Just Flowers got one of my employee's it was an order for dz red roses with that of 4 birds of Paradise in it, with one white rose for 110.00 Ok, We ca do it for that price order was sent to us at 4 am on the 6th for deliver by 8 am on Sat the 6th of December we go no one at home, and then today and yesterday, I called the recipent several time, well come to find out the numbers were wrong all over the place, and just saw the orginal order, well everything was right on the customers order, adn the total cost he was charged was 160.00. Well I just got Just Flowers on the phone with customer on the phone as well with me, and asked about the total, The customer went off the deep end with them, and at the same time his cell rings, It is just flowers telling him it was delivered on Saturday, and well it is here in the store, so that goes to show, and they are going to give hime a full refund after I screamed at them for an hour over this BS they were trying to pull, and yes he paid me direct, I am so sick of these companys'' and asked him why he called them, because the told him they could do birds, and local companys couldn't,,,well he know knows to call us,,,,I am so mad as I am typing this, about this type of crapola, ,,,,,,,So that is wrong, Just had to vent....
