There once was a florist, they were the best in town,
Until they got a wire service and started to drown,
The orders began flowing and filling their slots,
What joy said the owners and they began to plot,
With volume like this, we can take over our city,
We’ll let them sell for us, and we’ll fill our kitty,
Harder and harder they began to work,
The put up their stickers and got their logo’d shirts,
They bought new vans, and a fancy POS,
Bought the containers, and waited to impress,
Their phones became quieter, and the door bell rang less,
But they had no clue, cuz they were busier, and under such stress,
It seemed they were busy, but where was the cash,
Before we worked hard and had a nice stash,
Later than sooner, they realized there was something wrong,
But now they were so sucked in, it wouldn’t be long,
Give us more orders, they begged and begged,
We’ll gladly give you an arm and here, have a leg,
Day after day, the volume increased,
Sooner than later it all ceased,
