I am Looking at the flower retail industry and the pros and cons of starting a business. I don't have a florist background, but have a business background. I'm looking for advice and suggestions on starting a business, as a woman in my mid 30's hoping to start a family soon. Is that even a good idea?? Many people advise me to stay with a job that has a regular income, benefits, etc. I'd like ideas and suggestions on why that is or isn't so.
