Went the extra mile

Remus was hunting for a florist to help one of our American cousins and found Laura who was willing to help. That to me sums up what this whole idustry is about and why florists are so special. The fact that between you, you managed to help a customer when a major wire service said it was impossible is a credit to us all. Not only do you get my vote but my thanks to you and remus as well.
