Let's Talk possibles dates

Ok now for shops that don't have too many staff people, is it easier to have this function on a long weekend, like 4th of july, labor day, memorial weekend?

Or having it during a slow month like March, or October?

Just trying to get a fell of things?

A long weekend sure does make it easier to close up with a somewhat good reason....4th of July would normally be very ok with me except that I will probably be having surgery that weekend...Just my 2 cents...

July 4 week is always during AIFD Symposium. If you want any AIFD designers there....this would not be the best time.

All the holiday weekends you mentioned this year seem to be HEAVY wedding weekends. the trend we are seeing is that people are combining their vacation plans,......and oh by the way, now we can go to Cousin Jill's Wedding!!

Seriously, all 3 are heavily booked up this year -- with Labor Day weekend just off the charts!

Wow, I never thought of Oct or March being slow months....Jan, July, or August work for us.

Summer holidays are horrendous for us. Memorial Day Weekend has a number of weddings for us, plus it's a major time to do some summer preparation. Middle of Jan is pretty good.
