lighted centerpiece tray

I attended a very upscale affair yesterday where they had the centerpieces placed on a tray that had lights in the perimeter........

I actually took a centerpiece off the base and looked for a manufacturer.........nothing

anyone know who/what/where ?
my suppliers (3 in Chicago ) are unaware.

It was not the FLORALYTE that is placed in the vase/bowl

this was done by an event planner but they had to purchase them somewhere ?
