The emu and the kangaroo are the only Australian animals that can't walk backwards, which is way they are on our coat of arms. They're also great barbecued.

Ever cook it with Celery?

I always use celery with venison...something in the celery breaks down the fibers in the meat...

That's an interesting idea...never heard of that before. Unfortunately my wife doesn't like like the idea of eating Skippy (he's a kangaroo from an old kids tv show) so she never cooks it for me, only have it when I'm out.
