Linking to an existing thread at a mid-point?

Is there a way to link to an existing thread to highlight a group of posts that occur in the middle of the thread (as opposed to the top or to just one specific post)?

I may just be overlooking the obvious but haven't figured out how to do this using the vBulletin format.
