FloristWare is currently searching for a User Support Representative to join our team. Working remotely (telecommuting) and reporting to our Support Manager this position involves providing technical support to FloristWare users.
The ideal candidate will have floral industry experience, excellent communication skills, and good computer knowledge. We need a self-disciplined professional who will thrive in a relatively unstructured telecommuting environment with minimal supervision.
