Looking for Cone Shaped Glass Vase

I have a customer looking for this item. Does anyone have any idea where I can send them? I have looked thru everything I can to find it... The size is 5" high by 2.5" diameter.

You might also want to try http://www.couronneco.com/index.htm They have a ton of glassware in and out of metal holders. IIRC they sell replacement pieces as well.

My sister has about 20 silver candle holders that held 3 of this type of glass holder. I searched for replacements for her but could not find any. I did find some regular off the self glass votives that fit her candle holders. Not as stylish, but made them functional.
