I'm literally appalled, that any of the playoff teams could actually "think" that they could beat The Wings!!

They buy the Cup ! With the payrolls around the league it should be the Wings and the Rangers. The Wings will probably be there so I guess the Rangers bought the Boobie prize.

I don't know what the Habs have for payroll , but their tax bill is astrinomical compared to everyone else. As for the Rangers , maybe Slats got too comfortable in Edmonton with a second rate team and even with the bucks to shell out he just can't buy anything but a second rate team. I would expect massive changes on broadway for next season , maybe a new general manager . Ryan , I would expect big changes in hogtown next year if they have to visit the hall of fame to get a close up of the cup. Great pickup in Owen Nolan, might be enough if somehow they learn how to protect a lead . Also you were right Eddie is playing great , as long as they keep him off the bottle.

Seeing as they are just across the border from Windsor,
it won't be hard for the boys of ice from Detroit, to jump on one of them refuse trucks coming back to Toronto, so that they may join in the celebrations for the Blue and White's when The Leafs win the cup!!

when I posted about the Leafs.
IF there were a more deserving team than Ottawa, you can have my Kit Kat....how those boys from The Sens, constantly put out the teams they do, way under the cap, and STILL retain competitiveness, is beyond me!!
Maybe BBJ is right....The Sens over the Wings has a nice ringggg!!
The boys from Detroit, don't have to travel THAT much further, to come LOOK at Lord Stanley's Cup, AFTER the boys from Ottawa DRINK from it.....

They find the will to win, and with the right ownership they will go places, don't get me wrong I like the Leafs, but they need to trim their management boards in Leaf land. If the Sens win, I'm going up to the capital for the parade. I always support the underdog, guess because I'm a underdog of sorts myself.
