Music = Inspiration

Me too. But my husband is more the Bruce fan. I like to have techno/dance music if I'm designing by myself after hours (otherwise it's sleepytime spa music)

Oh I gotta have some form of metal in the mix. I do like a nice range of music but metal just does it for me. Lately, Pantera has filled me quite nicely.

Eta: Robin, so I'm picturing you dancing while designing....true? ;)

oh maybe a little booty shake

lol

I have very eclectic tastes in music. I was raised on classical (studied piano and then moved on vocal in University), but my father bought me my first album.... Ray Charles. That opened all kinds of floodgates for me. The only genre I don't do well with is country.

Oh V, I loooooooove Ray Charles! Got to see him in Atlanta. Rock-N-Roll mama here,Old time. Just was born a few years to late to live it. Really all types can send me rocking and I work well with the tunes.

I do like some country. My fave right now is Joey & Cory...love them.

My ex-wife loved Bruce and hated Creedence.

So guess which way I roll?

What!! Hate Creedence???!!!?? How, why...but! Creedence is freakin awesome!!

Not me - I love Creedence. Much more so since she ran off with the garbage man.

But don't care for Bruce at all.

Music is such a wonderful medium! BF is in a band doing Classic rock tunes, a few weeks ago we went to see Billy Joel (tickets were a gift from the kiddos for Christmas). I'm finally catching up on all the music I missed in the '80s when all I heard for 10 years were tunes from Sesame Street! LOL Gotta love it all!

I was driving back from the store a little while ago and a classic rock station was playing LA Woman. Was that the Doors? Do you know what song I am talking about?

City of lights, city of lights.............LA woman..

I love that song, I am half deaf, thats because I play my car stereo full blast. If you ever meet me you'll notice I stare at your mouth and I tend to yell when talking.

Yes it is by The Doors....I'm not a fan. GASP...I know. :)

NO!!! I'm not....seriously I'm not a fan. I just, I dunno can't quite explain it. It's like nails on chalkboard to me. Now, Led Zep....I can definitely do!

Gawd the Doors were one of the best bands that ever lived.

eh....Yeah I guess I broke the mold?? :dunno:

Yes, that's The Doors. Love, love, love them!! I always wonder what Jim Morrison would be doing now, had he lived longer.

I saw them live....

Don't remember much about it, but there's a few hazy slides floating thru my mind.
