OK, which one was it.....

At least it wasn't for 10AM delivery on the 14th....
 
I have been resisting the urge to hold these orders until mid afternoon on the delivery date then rejecting the order. One reason I'm not is I hope to be so busy that I won't have the chance to sit down at the computer. So, which was it - FYF,HayMark or Just Flowers?

I had a fellow flower chater send us an order for Half Dozen. I think it was $68 or something and know they took the time and explained things to their customer. If more florist just kept things real like this we could really educate more customers. Most of the time when I am sending orders I usually call the florist and have them take a look at the prodduct and have them tell me how much for the arrangement and how much for delivery. Works everytime and i know they really appreciate it. The customer knows we have their best intrest at heart and I always tell them they can call the florist directly to save a little.

I have made some new friends doing this and have always plugged flowerchat if they are looking for some very usefull information to help their business.
