all the accent flowers we usually use at prom will be long done by the end of this month...
and the asparagus crop is way way ahead. The major growers are very nervous because the labor force used for pciking doesn't schedule arrival until mid may. They are picking crops elsewhere.
In NJ, blueberries are about 4-5 weeks ahead of schedule -although not ready yet. We're getting mid-Atlantic region peonies in and lilac is bursting out all over, at least a month early.
