ask for MORE of your energies and prayers please!!....
Just got off the phone with my friend Peter, a long time florist shop owner from Oakville,Ontario...now residing not far from Pam in New Brunswick (Minto), whom has been diagnosed with a very dangerous form of lung cancer which first expsoed itself as a growth around his vocal cord nerve, thus rendering him with very difficult speech!!
Thinking that it was just a cold, or flu, or "smoker's voice", all this time, we visited him and his wife Katherine in Pompano Beach, just a couple of weeks ago, and they had to be back for diagnosis analysis on the 15th, in Moncton, then had him in St.John on the 17th, and already he is into his 2nd chemo, and after his 3rd, immediately goes to radiation, then back for 34 more chemos...and then we wait!!
He is frightened, I am frightened..........

Man, Mike... of course prayers and encouraging thoughts go to Peter, his family and his friends.

Done! :dearbob: You can never pray too much or ask for too much prayer. Cancer results are an extremely difficult thing to wait for. We'll be praying for all of you and thinking about you during this waiting time.

There are ...

always tons of positive and good thoughts from this part of the world. Can't be too hard to send positive energy up to Minto through strong concentration... already sent some from here.

Again, the C word!.
Prayers from Northern Ontario gors to Peter and his family during htis difficult time. Also a special prayers to you Mikey. May the strenght be with you and comforting words be your guidance to pete during this time.

"King" Peter and "Queen" Katherine and family are in our prayers also.......

Peter and Katherine were King and Queen at the 3rd OFC held in Stratford on the Avon.....the banquet was medieval theme and they were at the head table forever making toasts to all the florists at the conference, it was a total blast and I'm sure glad that I didn't have to clean the room after the food fight that the happy florists had at this fabulous medieval event........

King Peter and Queen Katherine we are all thinking about and praying for you at this difficult time.

Our prayers are certainly with Peter, Katherine, and you. May God's healing hands be upon him, and may He grant mercy, grace, and comfort to all.
