To really kick off the FlowerChat Community with a bang, we're announcing a Membership Drive!

Here's how you can participate. Visit the Referral Section of our FAQ to get your Referral link. Each FlowerChat Member has a unique user ID. Use your referral link to have other florists join the FlowerChat Community.

For the month of November, we will track the referrals. At the end of November, the member with the highest referral totals wil receive a prize from RKFcomputers.

If you need assistance with your Referral Link, you can send Infinite a Private Message or email.

Note: Referrals must be members of the floral trade. Non-florists will have their accounts closed. Using non-florists to bost your referral count will result in many dirty looks - if not worse.

I've listed this here in the News forum as well, so you can post any questions regarding the membership drive.
 
Step by step:
1) Visit the FAQ

2) Copy your unique referral link
Example:
http://www.flowerchat.com/forums/index.php?referrerid=1

3) Email your fellow florists, and make sure they click on your unique referral link to join FlowerChat.com.

4) Each time a new member joins through your referral link, your account will be credited. At the end of November, the member with the most referrals will receive a prize from RKFcomputers.

Please remember that membership is only open to those in the floral industry!
 
Non Floral

Does this include wholesalers ?? and or folks in other organizations like the Michigan Floral Assoc...??
 
Yes, wholesalers and Floral Organizations are permitted.
We've also extended invitations to both major wire services to join our community. TF has accepted, and we're still waiting for a response from FTD. Peter from Blossoms is already on board.

When you visit the FAQ (the link is at the top right of every page), click on What Are Referrals? The special code on that page will show you your unique referral link.

Example:
My referral link is
http://www.flowerchat.com/forums/index.php?referrerid=1

When you view the FAQ page, your link will be shown.

The Membership drive runs until Nov 30, 2002.
 
As the next "New Member" joins we will hit 500 registered users...

Maybe it's time to start another contest... try for lets see...600 by Mothers Day?
