metalic shred need a source

I was at a Jermone Raska design program where he was using a metalic shred in his work. No one knew what company it came from.

The color he used was copper. (Don't need red, silver, gold, green)
It was a very fine cut and very metalic not just dyed/colored like sisal.

Could he have been using something like boullion? We have it here in the store in gold, silver, copper and a few other colours.

Smithers-Oasis carries such a product, the name of which I'm not certain. I recently attended a Christmas design program in which their designer used lots of this. Fun, pretty, adding sparkle without excess.

the above looks like smithers angel hair. We used it inside clear glass vases at daughter's wedding. It is non flammable and we used it inside large cylinder vases surrounding votive candles. Love the fact it's not flammable, just melts away if it comes in contact with flame.

Hey Is the smithers angel hair soft and very metalic? Hard to tell by a pic.
 
yes it is, but make sure you pull it apart very carefully because it is metal and will give cuts like paper cuts. We wore gloves separating it cause I had little shreds of it in my fingers. It is very soft to the touch.
