Do you actually have a flower shop and deliver locally in your community? I'm a bit puzzled by the links to 'florists' web sites'. Every site displays the same toll-free phone number, which is the same as yours.

The Flowers4 Call Centre handles thousands of orders a month from florists within our network. We also take orders from customers who contact us via our Freefone number or via our website. At the magazine we have only received negative opinion from florists about this company. Reading the threads on floristnews.co.uk it would seem that Flowers 4 and Florist Exchange (another part of thier company) are not viewed that positively either.

I have tried to speak to the company about the issues our readers have raised but we did not get very far.

I have never had any problems with them at all but they are an order gatherer. What is the policy on relay services on this forum?
