Mikey...I need some help with Merc Direct. I'm trying to put a shop in as my first choice from N. York and no matter what I do I get another shop, with it's reciprocity thing circled. I don't want to use them. Any suggestions...am I doing something wrong?

Yes Victoria.....

at the bottom of YOUR selected shop, there is a "detail" button!! Click on that button, and at the bottom of THAT page, there is a user preference button.
Click on that, and choose either "first choice" or "preferred".
That shop will ALWAYS be at the top of ANY search that includes that shop ASB's....

Me be smart A** too..........cause we have trouble with merc direct keeping prefered florists at the top as well, not to mention the 20 or so other glitches with it!!!

Dove is by far the better system!!!!!!

In the old days I remember you could mark the prefered Florist with the Merc 3000.

I keep "preferred" florists at the top of my list, and IF they are ASB's the shop is ALSO at the top of that list!!
Are you on the bi-monthly update program Victoria??
Right now, it's a manual operation, BUT, this procedure DOES update MD software, as well as florist shop info!!

What kind of glue do you use to keep them there????

Cause it dosen't work on my machine!!!

All that hype about updates is BS.....
I tried to get codification changes made last month and was told it can't be done until the next directory comes out.....all they could do in the interm is notify FTD.Com......Whoopy Ding:hammer:

I went through a bunch of "listings"...

and have now discovered what YOU guys have discovered!!
Your "favourite" fill shop normally stays at the TOP in it's "primary "listings, and "some" ASB listings, but, it's NOT consistent.
I have an email to fire off to development...thanks for the heads up!!
