I was searching for order gatherers that show up as local Saint Paul Flowers/ florists to turn in since we have our sparkling new law in Minnesota that goes after this sort of thing. Not just in phone books, but on the internet. They have to list a physical address.

That said, I ran across this site which I am not familiar with. I clicked on it when I saw that FTD had like, two stars out of a possible five with lots of reviews.

I was really impressed with how many people "get" it. It really makes me wonder why more don't look for reviews before placing their orders.

Unfortunately, we have to remember that these pieces for the most part still came from local florists, although it would appear that one person ordered plants that got shipped. Good grief, it took how many years to educate people that what they were seeing in my shop was NOT what would be sent, and no, the card they just filled out will NOT go with it. And FTD.com or a florist, don't know which one, actually DID ship!

Hmmmm........it went to a page with reviews, and now it does not show. Sorry!

maybe this will work

Not much to go on there... seems there are no filters available to sort whatever data may be attached to the listing.

The new Google user interface was going to include a 'reviews' tab in the left column but it got omitted just before the global launch.

My hunch is the biggest brands (their high dollar advertisers) looked less than stellar and G didn't want to tick them off. Google CEO, Eric Schmidt has been often quoted as saying "Brands are the way to rise above the cesspool of the internet". Ironic, huh?
