Thank you to all for those prayers. Her surgery took longer than expected. THey found inflamation around her anirysum. THe blood flow to her left kidney, had to be shut down, but startted again after surgery. THe repairs were done and she was on life support till this evening.
Tonight she got off life support and talked with my sister a little bit.
The next 24 to 48 are still the crittical stage. If it goes according to plans they will try to get her up a little bit on friday.
I should be able to see her on SUnday if she is moved from ICU to a regular room.
For those wondering why II am not at her bedside, she had the surgery in Sudbury, 2 hours away from me. By the time I would have went to sudbury she was getting her operations done and she said to me not to bother coming up anyway since I would not be able to talk to her after the operations. My sister lives in Sudbury so it was easier for her to checks things out and giving us reports here. However if things changes, the trip will be done in a flash. At the hospital ICU patients are only allowed a 30 minute visits every three hours or so.
Thank you for all your prayers and words of encouragement.
