late Friday night, losing her year long battle with brain cancer. I believe she passed on before that, and the body just kept doing the work. What a wonderful community we live in, no matter where we live, people are compassionate and caring ... and we find that we have true family and friends. Do me a favour and call or write to someone you haven't spoken to in a very long time and revisit old memories and start some new ones.

I'm sorry for your loss. It's so hard to lose a parent, no matter what age, or situation. I hope you find comfort in knowing she is always with you.

Pam, hugs from across the border. I cherish the conversations I had with my mother during her last days (brain tumor) and rely on those good times to get me through bad days. Strength from her remains in you. Prayers.

Pam, a wonderful reminder to us all.. Please know we all feel for you and thank you for this reminder.. when my Mom died we had to make new traditions & memories, but the old ones are still close..even the grandkids remember Grandma.. and it is almost 10 years now.
Another good idea is to write on the back of pictures dates and names.. as I get older it is harder to remember some of the people
